REBECCA McCARROLL

DIETITIAN / CLINICAL NUTRITIONIST

Rebecca is a Registered Dietitian and Clinical Nutritionist from New Zealand, with 14 years’ experience in nutrition research, public health and clinical nutrition. She provides personalised nutrition advice to clients with a range of nutrition and medical concerns and is passionate about empowering people to become experts in their own wellbeing. For the past 10 years Rebecca has been based at the University of Auckland, helping people translate scientific evidence into real life. She is experienced in supporting clients with weight management, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, pre- and postnatal nutrition, food intolerances and other bowel concerns.

Previously a competitive rower and New Zealand lacrosse player, Rebecca is now a proud mother of two young children.

  • Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (The University of Otago)

  • Graduate of the New Zealand Ministry of Health Public Health Leadership Programme

  • Certificate in Good Clinical Practice (endorsed by RNZCGP)
