During and after the initial consultation you will receive tailored recommendations, support with behaviour change, resources and other tools to translate scientific evidence into real life. Opportunities to monitor and evaluate progress will be provided. ****Tuesdays 6 PM - 9 PM consultations will only be telehealth consultations, if you would like a telehealth consultation on another available time, please let us know.
