Club 360 offers a variety of group fitness classes to help you reach your fitness goals. Our classes are designed to be challenging and effective, but also fun and engaging. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve your overall fitness, we have a class for you.

Our classes include:

• Fit 360: A full-body workout that combines strength training, cardio, and core work.

• Boxing: A high-intensity workout that helps you burn calories and build muscle.

• Kickboxing: A fun and challenging workout that combines boxing and martial arts.

• Body Sculpt: Sculpt your glutes, thighs, core, and upper body with precision. Join our focused classes for a stronger, more defined you.

Japanese residents can enjoy a free trial week of our group classes! Proof of residency must be provided on your first visit.
